the honorable Carol Green. is a bout what a judge should be, proper shaming of lawyer unwilling to do what their profession requires should be shammed and held accountable, that is the way it works.

However, there are issues that need to be rectified on impartial management of the bench, being a true administrator of judicial prudence at times one needs to review complaints and the law which guides those seeking remedy. the bench is of the people

170.6 her. She is awful, rude, disrespectful. She has ZERO clue about civil litigation - will refuse to continue cases even if no one is ready for trial. Her staff are utterly incompetent. Her clerk has neither the skill set nor the competence to be in a courtroom. They will reject filings because they don't like the category you picked. On the plus side - everything she does is basically grounds for an appeal.

A screamer who doesn't know how to use Zoom. Talks over litigants (can't grasp the concept of a telephonic delay) and then tells them she'll sanction them for talking over her. Threatens because she is threatened due to her lack of intellectual candlepower.
