Immature and clearly insecure with a horrible condescending demeanor to both counsel. We were polite and honest in outlining our intended trial schedule…a reasonable schedule outlined by two experienced attorneys who are agreeable with each other. For no particular rational reason she proceeded to tell us both “this schedule seems to be a you problem”…. When there was no problem at all. Then went on to say, “ things are going to change in Rancho” explaining that she would not be accommodating schedules. A very “I’m the new Sheriff in town attitude”. Embarrassing!

This “judge,” Shannon Faherty, placed social media controls on people released on bail. This is not a function of a Free Society, with Free Speech, and the First Amendment. Faherty took an Oath to “Support and Defend the Constitution” and the San Bernardino Shannons (Judge and Sheriff) have failed miserably in this regard. Social media is akin to today’s public square, where the First Amendment is held in the very highest regard. This is literally caselaw instilled in over 300 years of history in this country. Not only is “Judge” Faherty out-of-touch, she has proven that District Attorneys and Prosecutors make for horrible “judges” because they (like cops) literally spend their career how to circumvent the Constitutional Rights of the accused and how to violate the Rights of We The People. This is one such example. How Newsom could have appointed this Tyrant shows how sleazy this judge is because she went her career being called “non-partisan.” But the reality is almost all district attorneys and prosecutors are Registered Republicans at heart, which is akin to horrible people nowadays. Look at all the “red” states and the people there starting to complain about living in a Police State and having their civil rights slowly being stripped away. That’s what these district attorneys and prosecutors, and prosecutors dressed in a robe (like Shannon Faherty) want: They want us to lick the boots of the Thin Blue Swine. Again, chilling the First Amendment Rights of the accused is absolutely insane.

Shannon Lee Faherty claims she is "non partisan." I call bullshit! Faherty was a prosecutor for the Inland Empire; guaranteed she's a Conservative. Calling yourself 'non partisan' seems like a sleazy way to get appointed to "judge" in an increasingly Blue and Liberal state; it lets this 'judge"' fly under the radar, so she can impose Alabama Conservative Red Values on Californians. Want proof? Take a look at Alex and the Victorville Justice Eight. The United States Constitution expressly prohibits "excessive bail." Yet what kind of logic does this so-called 'judge' have when she imposes NO BAIL HOLDS on activists that went hard in Exercising Free Speech, The Right to Protest, and the Right to Criticize Government. No matter what these corrupt government officials say, we need to defend the Constitution, First Amendment, and everything else that cops literally train how to circumvent. The only thing left that makes this country "great" is our Constitution.

Judge Faherty is an embarrassment to the so-called "justice" she claims to uphold. She is holding well-known activist Edin Alex Enamorado as well as SEVEN others (the "Justice 8") WITHOUT BAIL on FALSE CHARGES- the courts claim Enamorado and others were being violent when in reality, they were exposing police violence to the world, outing racists who harass street vendors, showing false arrests against teenagers and abuse of teenagers by police, as well as animal abuse by police officers. Enamorado is a well-loved community member who has been arrested MANY TIMES on false charges simply because the cops do not want him sharing the information - the truth - about them. Faherty is DENYING these people BAIL and the right to their own attorneys - Enamorado was DENIED the right to speak with his attorney -who arrived to court only minutes after Enamorado was asked whether he had an attorney, and he answered affirmatively, "yes," she then proceeded to ignore this, OVERRIDE his constitutional right to speak with his attorney, and appointed a public defender. This is blatant misconduct on Faherty's behalf, following blatant violence and misconduct by the San Bernardino County Sherrif's Department. Shame on Judge Faherty and the court.

` Faherty is a textbook example to why district attorneys and prosecutors should NEVER be appointed as “judge.” The fact Faherty gave all of the Victorville “Justice 8,” including Edin Alex Enamorado, NO BAIL holds is wild! It appears that the San Bernardino Sheriff’s Department might have retaliated against Enamorado et al. The fact that the same sheriff’s department was called out by Enamorado for body-slamming a teenage high school girl on her head, one of the Justice 8 (“Riverside Accountability” on YouTube) videotaped a deputy body-slamming his K-9 to the ground, then the arrest happens just a few days after Enamorado and his attorney filed a lawsuit against the City of Fontana indicates that not only are San Bernardino County, Fontana, Upland, and Pomona engaged in First Amendment Retaliation, but this judge — Shannon Faherty — is turning a blind eye to everything, and giving NO BAIL holds, completely ignoring the Eighth Amendment of the US Constitution, as well as the First Amendment. The San Bernardino Sheriff, also named Shannon (a man) compared the Victorville Justice 8 to anti-“Robinhood” figures. But in the original Robinhood story, the Bad Guy is literally the Sheriff!! Can’t make this up!! Also, this Banana Republic ‘judge’ also seems to be ok with the Sheriff criminalizing First Amendment activity. Apparently, San Bernardino County, the employer to this ‘judge,’ believes Internet content creators, “clicks,” and getting paid for Free Speech and Free Expression, should be criminalized. They say we live in the “Land of the Free,” but that is not the case. And the only “Brave” that I see are the activists willing to stand up to blatant corruption. Again, Judge Shannon Faherty is a textbook example to why prosecutors and district attorneys make horrible judges. Same on Gavin Newsom for appointing this “non-partisan” candidate to the bench!!
