Brower is Absolutely one of the most horrible, biased against women, judges I’ve ever heard about or seen. He doesn’t care, doesnt listen, and flat out doesn’t like mothers and almost 100% of the cases he oversees, he gives custody to the fathers. He overlooks fathers with extreme criminal histories, convicted abusers, and those with substance abuse issues and steals the children from the loving, safe parents (mothers) home and places them with the father, in addition to little or no contact given to the mother.

Judge Brower is not concerned with the best interest of the children. He has forced children with suicidal ideologies back into the homes of abusive fathers and absentee fathers. Judge Brower appears to oppress mothers and give preferential, biased treatment regardless of the situation.

This judge is a former prosecutor who abuses his power on the bench to beat down mothers into submission. Highly biased in favor of Father regardless of the situation, including abuse.NOT concerned with child's best interest.
