Didn't take the bench until 9:45 for his 8:30 calendar. Then, after only an hour, he's on a long recess. I do appearances in lots of other counties and nowhere else do I see this absolute disregard for litigants. Everywhere else, the judge is on the bench no later than 15 minutes late. But not in broken Los Angeles County. The arrogance of these people is sickening.
