Domestic violence very much exists and post separation abuse exists as well. Slavery still exists in modern day regardless of color, age, gender, religion, ethnicity etc. Many people won’t take accountability for it and flip the script on the victim. They use manipulation and projection which are really their confessions of what they did to you and want to get away with it by shifting the blame to you. Rich criminals will pay off all their alliances to help them lie and not one of them is even credible because there’s no such thing as to what they are saying and there’s (no proof). For some reason, judge Charles takes his word over mine. Why is that? [Redacted by Ed.] When I have all of the evidence sitting right in front of him every time. Charles bell thinks slavery is acceptable apparently and thinks victims shouldn’t get anything for all the free labor plus the abuse you suffered for many years. When you finally get a way from all those years of trauma and abuse and courage to finally call the cops, file a dvro for you and your child’s safety and fight back for justice the judge doesn’t even want to hear you out and even if he does he keeps siding with a criminal with a lot of criminal history and multiple restraining orders against him? Doesn’t make any sense at all [Redacted by Ed.]. If he really cared he would look deeper into the situation and he never bothers to. He wastes your time and enables the cycle of abuse to keep going. I will not allow anyone to not let me share my voice. I’ve been there and done that’s for so long. I’m done staying quiet for anyone.

Stop deleting my comments. The truth is judge Charles bell doesn’t care about victims of dv and sides with their abusers [Redacted by Ed.] he could care less about you and your children. He has 0 empathy. You have finally managed to escape your perpetrators leaving with your kids, gotten a dvro for you and your child’s safety and now seeking justice in court. After all the years of abuse you suffer he makes it even harder for you to get any sort of justice. He will put your life and your child’s life back in danger. I don’t think he grasps the concept of how harmful dv is and what the victims actually go through. Many women are used as free labor and many other things while being abused at the same time and he doesn’t care about that at all. [Redacted by Ed.] He sides with crooks. He’s very unfair. I’m seeking freedom and justice and justice should be served.

Very unfair judge that doesn’t have any empathy for peoples bad situations. Seems very biased.Never lets the victim get a word in and doesn’t want to fully understand the situation, but will hear out the abusers and sides with the rich criminals that screw you over and abuse the poor and he’s okay with that. He sides with the bad people and he wants them to stay rich, keep everything and the victim has to just deal with it without a solution. He will never care or empathize with you. If you can, find a new judge for your case.
