This judge is responsible for and encourages the rape, torture, and deterioration of children. He has done absolutely nothing except slander me to the public during his hearings. Despite being shown MORE actual evidence that dad is a habitual child rapist and criminal , Judge Segura does nothing except say “Ball’s in dad’s court”. My children have been motherless for 3.5 years while two pedophiles pose as parents. The children now think it’s normal to have massive bruises and hurt privates bc dad and stepmom said it was an accident and they look at the owwies later to make sure they’re ok. Sometimes I wonder what relationship Segura and Alexandra Macintosh have. She has heard several audio’s of my children disclosing their molestation and torture but her main concern is taking in the pay from the County of San Diego to feed her addictions . She has no issues keeping children in very dangerous situations. Judge Daniel Segura allows for the foolishness and her repeated lies and harassment. The same corrupt professionals involved each time also, dr luvs, konias and wagners.. Every time I have a hearing with Segura I can already know I won’t see my kids soon bc the child rapists get empowered. He schedules a hearing each month apart and after dozens I still have zero contact with my children. This has lasted 8 months in the past because Segura shrugs. In 3.5 years I have seen my children less than 24 hour$$$. This is a corrupt family court that violates family law code 3044 and gives children to their rapists.. what more can anyone say.

This judge will be responsible for the death of a child one day. His rulings are reckless. I watch heartbroken mothers pleading for protection for their children and segura responds with callous disregard. I’ve also seen numbers of cases where he has kept mothers on limited custody for extensive periods of time for presumably saying disparaging things; but is hasty to remove all supervision or restrictions from fathers who’ve actually committed violence. He has no control over his courtroom and defers to minors councils and attorney. His presence in those hearings almost seems worthless.

Lawyers are telling clients to file to remove Segura before they even face him. Mother’s who have suffered horrific domestic violence in marriage are subject to Segura’s impatient and condescending demeanor. Family court should be a place of protection and safety. This judge’s demeanor offers the opposite.

I’ve watched many judges in San Diego county family court and this one has the worst demeanor and case clearing rate of them all. He often monologues without coming to any conclusion. Seems reluctant to actually make any rulings and allows the family court players to drag cases for years. I’ve heard him described as a “wild card” and “a problem” by family law attorneys.
