If I was able to put a negative 0 I would! This judge was just racist! He didn’t do his job what so ever! He was practically on the DA side! He didn’t once listen to defendant side. Instead being a judge and listen to both side he just kept throwing more dirt to the defendant side. With out any proof of evidence and after some motions he agree to he than later gave it to the DA after he had ruled on certain motions. He is honestly a piece of crap and he needs to be remove from there! He ruins family.

Respondent admitted to lying in declaration. Then this judge allowed falsified evidence that was not submitted timely into court on the Respondent's behalf. The respondent already lied and admitted to lying why would you allow anything else into court and believe that is true? Family court is not a place for this judge. Now the respondent has full control over a child that she should not have control over due to falsified information. This battle isn't over and the respondents is still lying about things just in a whole nother setting now that she has full control.

I've observed many Judges in a courtroom setting and Judge Freer is one of the most thorough and focused Judges on getting to the heart of the matter which is the TRUTH. I've read other reviews that say he can see right through bs and I found that to be the case also (which is what all Judges should be good at but some aren't). I've decided to pursue a career in the legal field working with family law because of Judge Freer and he doesn't even know it!!!

I’ve had the pleasure of observing Judge Freer for many months in a family court setting. Not only does he have a great reputation with other Judges and Attorneys, but he has a way of recognizing bs even if a litigant has an attorney representing and speaking for the litigant. He has a heart for children and especially for the truth. Even if you can not afford legal representation, he understands not everyone can - he’s very fair and takes time to listen for the truth. He’s a great Judge and a blessing to the entire justice system.

Overall, my observations of Honorable Judge Timothy Freer is that he is a very fair, impartial judge. He is the fourth judge that has been in Hemet Family Law department H5 since 2013. Even though, I have experienced my own defeats with my specific case and the laws regarding holding my ex-husband accountable for contempt, I have observed multiple other cases and how genuinely compassionate this judge is towards the child’s best interest and well-being. In all the years, I have never seen a judge be so thorough, patient, and completely engaged with the parties. There was even a point in the past where I was nearly in tears when a case was being addressed that was very similar to the circumstances of mine years ago. It really made me wish he was the judge on my case back in 2013.

This judge is very fair i did not see him being bias but he did call people on their bs and i feel he is a very strong advocate for the kids.

His bias for the respodondent was obvious. My friend who accompanied me to court commented on his bias also. His facial expressions revealed his disappointment when I proved the respondent lied under oath. There was no admonishment for perjury.

Either he is morally bankrupt, or he is just not very smart. His ignorance is fascinating if it weren't so devastating. You can count on him to help the prosecution convict your client. I think that's why they sent him to juvenile, hoping he will do less harm to non-voters.
