requested a hearing last year on 07/14/2021 to change my start date for my work release. Judge Donna Garza granted my request and modified my start date. I was ordered to report to Glen Helen Rehab Center by Friday, August 20, 2021 and referred for Electronic Monitoring. I reported to Glen Helen Rehab Center as ordered, signed up for Electronic Monitoring, and completed my work release on October 26, 2021. On my day of completion after my ankle bracelet was removed I asked the sheriff if he was going to give me proof or some type of certificate of completion so I could take it back to the court. He said no they don't give people any type of documentation to show completion. They forward it to the court and the court handles it.
On Thursday evening of June 2, 2022 I decided to check on my case using the court's online information system as I do from time to time and was shocked to see the following entrees:

I called work release on Friday morning June 3, 2022 informing them of what had happened and again
asking if they could supply me with any type of documentation to show the court I had completed my
work release jail time. They again said that they don't give people and type of proof of completion and it
is automatically forwarded to the court and they handle it. I then called my probation officer and informed him of what had happened and he said it was a mixup and to go in to court and speak to a judge. He didn't offer to help me in any way. Since no documentation is given to people who complete their work release jail time how can the court revoke my probation and issue a no bail warrant for not submitting proof of completion for my work release? And revoke my probation and issue a no bail warrant after I completed my work release 8 months ago?! Isn't this a violation of my civil rights to wrongly issue a no bail warrant while revoking my probation for doing absolutely nothing wrong? I completed my work release, I am current on paying my fines, I have been checking in every month instead of every 3 or 4 months, and I have not violated my probation in any way. So now I have to go into court with a no bail warrant and my probation revoked for doing nothing wrong to ask for the warrant to be lifted and my probation reinstated? What if I'm arrested? I'm consulting with an attorney to find out what to do. How can the San Bernardino Superior Court do this to someone? This is wrong. This is against the law.

Simple case takes YEARS to be heard. Muddled, hasty, shallow thinker that is easily confused (for or against you). Insecure of her legal ignorance. Seemingly pleasant smile. Rewards brown-nosing. Gossipy female staff. No written statement of decision. Pro-local SBD lawyers. (Her husband is judge Thomas Garza in same building.)

Her smile is mysterious but reflects her intelligence. She understands the difference between a criminal and a victim. Trust her. Let her take some time and you will not be disappointed if you are honest.

The action was filed in 2014. The default judgment of $ 450,000 was taken in 2018. In 2019 Hon. Judge Donna Garza realized the fraud on the court and vacated the judgment. I think, that's Great. There is no need to talk in between 2014 through 2019.

This judge does not read the facts of a matter nor considered all of the evidence submitted. She based her decision on allowing a TRO based on the sob story of a lying mother who lies in saying she feared the grandmother would take her children when the grandmother in the 7yrs entrusted with the children and who lived with her, ever attempted to take the children. This mother who continuously makes false allegations against a loving and non-threatening grandmother and the judge helped destroy a close bond between grandmother and grandchildren In believing the lies of the mother. It is said that the legal system sucks and is unfair!!! But these judges will reap what they are sowing.

Fails to understand fundamental legal issues. Very sad that those in the profession must risk judges who have no clue what the law, choose not to learn it and who then render a damaging decision without a care in the world of its ramifications.

Fails to read the case at hand, even on rulings she previously made. Unwilling to make decisions. Just continues to kick the can down the road. Very unfortunate that she's even aloud to set on the bench. If it wasn't for her husband probably wouldn't be.

She is a fair, intelligent, and polite judge. She gives counsel a genuine opportunity to argue against her tentatives.
