This judge is biased. Believes everything the defendant says. Taking her word for it, when she lied many times on the court investigator report, which the court investigator pointed out. The defendant was able to talk as much as she wanted, but nott me. She shows favortism towards a liar.

This Judge should be fired!!! Her daddy was never around when she was growing up so she makes all dads suffer because of it!! Major daddy issues with this judge she will not hear your side if your the father in any way!!!

i have court hearing on 12-3 and am hoping she is as goid as what ive read. i have been reported to have abused my mom and sister. both are lying and i have video evidence and hope she looks and listens. god can only hope

This judge is biased, quick to assume, refuses to let respondents speak, and verbally abusive. She practices the same abusive behavior she pretends to stand against. Judge Reilly should be removed from the bench and reminded that there is always more than one side to any story.

Judge Reilly goes above and beyond to learn the cases before her. She listens patiently to all sides and asks many questions to make sure she understands what the issues are and that all parties are on the same page.
I am so grateful that she is the supervising probate Judge as that position requires she needs to know every area of the law.

I found the Honorable Tara Reilly to be completely fair and knowledgeable in weighing out her decision making in my particular divorce and custody case in family court. She took the time needed to see through my my ex’s games and violence for both me and our children. I am great full for having our case before her. I only wish we were still in her court. If your honest and a good person she will see that and you should have no problem going before her. I wish more judges were as thorough she she is.
I am pleased to give my opinion about how she handled our case.

She is verbally abusive to people in her courtroom, women in particular, and is quite blatantly biased. She should have been removed from Family Law Court as she does not have the
patience/rationality needed to judge such cases.

I like her sentencing. Alternative sentencing. She is hard, difficult, but easy to please. The greatest Drug Court Judge ever existed. Beautiful to know that she also been a the Mental Health Court Judge.
She is a very smart Honorable Judge.
Great team player.
She is God or close to be a God.

Hon. Judge Tara Reilley is the best judge ever. I feel that she really cares about the justice system whether it be for victims of crimes or victims of themselves (drug addicts). She probably wouldn't remember me, but I'll never forget her. It is evident that her motivation for getting involved with law is due to her compassion to help others.

Unfortunately I've had to deal with guardianship judges for awhile now. I had just about given up on the San Bernardino Court System until I entered Judge Riley's room. She has been the only judge to actually listen to me and treat me as a human being. Thank u Judge for all you do

This judge is extraordinary... no doubt about it, or opposition to it. She happens to be gorgeous and quick witted as well, but she is everything a judge should be.
If I ever write a book about my career -- my first time in her courtroom will be included as a moment that moved my heart.
My client was a very young woman with 2 children and she worked a decent job. Her little girls stayed with her sister while she worked. (Large family) My client's husband was fresh out of prison and she let him have their apartment while she moved in with her sister, until he got on his feet. Good intentions, bad choice. He was cooking meth in that apartment. Police arrested him at the apartment and called her to come home and asked where her children were. They took the children to foster care... to a family of a different race, whose food was completely foreign to these well taken care of little girls. The foster mother was so astute she said "these children do not belong here -- they are well taken care of." So I went to court with every photo of these children and family I could get... at the beach, parties, weddings, BBQ's, birthdays, school, in the snow. Judge Reilly went slowly through the photo album, and I couldn't breathe as I watched her. Then she looked up and said to the Social worker, "Return these girls to their tias... right NOW. I don't mean after work, I don't even mean after lunch... I MEAN RIGHT NOW.
Who does that? Who takes that kind of responsibility and makes decisions like that? This wonderful judge, Tara Reilly, and pretty much nobody else.
I will never ever forget that morning. It meant so much to be heard.

I have to admit, I think this judge, Tara Reilly is so superior, I marked a ten in flexibility of scheduling and I really have NO idea about her flexibility in scheduling. I just know that she is so unafraid to do the right thing, so involved in the importance of her position, that she has the respect for the judiciary that she creates in others. I have witnessed this remarkable woman over the course of 20 years, make decisions that are just unexpected and right to the heart of RIGHT. She cares, she protects, and she has warmth and humor... but she pairs these characteristics with great scholarship and fearlessness. Very unusual.
