This judge was fair. She saw right through my abuser. I feel like she was a fly on the wall in my house for 15 years and refused to see the smoke and mirrors. She set the tone to keep me safe with a restraining order and custody of my children. Unfortunately I've since been assigned to a rookie Judge, Pippins, and he has over turned all of these orders. So sad.....We need more judges like her.

The judge listened to the evidence. The case was against Davey trees, who axed 7 mature queen palms which posed NO fire threat (according to SDGE guidelines). My tenants son signed a card authorizing removal of the trees, misinterpreting this as a routine trimming. He tried to revoke the order once he realized his mistake and told them he was not the owner. It seems the judges are in SDGE's pocket. The justice system is unfortunately broken!! I lost when I entered the court room and said "I swear to tell the truth", she didn't say it.

I found Judge Hallahan to be kind and compassionate. Taking into accountability the defendants case, progress, and overall best interest of the community at large.

Tardiness in issuing opinion caused multiple errors in ruling from lapse of judicial memory. Very anti-woman bias
