Racketeering, obstruction of justice, insurance fraud, elder abuse, deprivation of due process, verbal abuse, death threats , and stalking all supported in Taylor’s courtroom due to the “big boys” Attorney Andrew Greenfield said were involved. An absolute disgrace. Destroying a whistleblower single mom with a disabling illness for exposing an illicit insurance skimming scheme against elders, and leaving a commercial building dangerously toxically contaminated for illicit profit is also OK, because she and her kids are “nobody’s”. Not a member of the “Big boy” club but who wants to be? They are all going to hell!

In an insane “trial” Taylor Immediately deprived me of a court reporter, emptied the gallery of witnesses, then threatened me with the bailiff’s taser gun. I was isolated and battered for hours. My witnesses were ejected one by one before I could ask them pertinent questions. All of my evidence was excluded as suddenly Taylor claimed the plaintiffs, a senile couple who were victims of embezzlement, agreed with me but nonsensically wanted to occupy the unit which they agreed was contaminated and breached the warranty of habitability. I was evicted with a disabling illness-Crohn’s disease, and due to all of the stress, and mega doses of remicade, later developed breast cancer. While struggling with chronic diseases, I had to fend off death threats, an attempt on my life, and stalking by the embezzler’s felon agent for years. Taylor destroyed my life, housing, personal belongings, health, finances, and reputation in one fell swoop and facilitated the disappearance of 70k of insurance paid insurance paid funds for the elders’ contaminated premises. I could not afford a lawyer, and tried to assure the premises and my property were repaired and cleared of HAZMAT materials. I did not ask for any specific money damages. Instead I was berated and destroyed in a literal circus of a courtroom, in which Taylor was the ringleader. Abuse of power, breaking the law, misogyny, and hateful remarks abound in his courtroom. There is no regard for logic, nor the truth if the matter. The fix was in before I even set foot in his zoo!

Needs an emergency transfer to the criminal court as a defendant. Hindered interference with an embezzler of senile elder funds paid by State Farm for repairs and hazmat abatement of their building. Threw me under the bus to protect [Redacted by Ed.] realty crooks, BrokerJoe [Redacted by Ed.] and his 2x felon agent, [Redacted by Ed.] , who threatened to kill me, resulting in a restraining order, years of stalking and threats, and an attempt in my life. Broke every law in the books to get rid of me, and interfered with real justice. Cannot get rid of my voice though, until he is impeached and prosecuted. [redacted} don’t belong on the bench!!!

Taylor made it OK for property manager Klatt to embezzle funds from his senile elder property owners’ 70k insurance payout, which was never applied to cure a dangerous HAZMAT contamination. I was the tenant/realtor who exposed the scheme, yet was fired, verbally abused, evicted with contaminated belongings, with active internal bleeding from Crohn’s disease. I was assessed a $16,500 atty fee bill judgement to pay Andrew Greenfield, who represented klatt(thief) and landlord ( victims) in conflict. Taylor taught me that as long as you have the power of the judiciary behind you, you can do anything you want. And where did that $$$ go? Later I was in a terrible car accident. My atty. Tried to convince me that I owed Andrew Greenfield all monies from the injury case, even though injury case proceeds are legally immune from judgement. My lawyer also tried to convince me that I should file bankruptcy(Redacted) Failing to convince me to comply with these stupid “recommendations” my attorney abandoned me. Apparently he had gotten a few phone calls from Taylor and/or his cronies. [Redacted]. I wound up taking nothing from the case wherein I was driven off an embankment, knocked around, crashed at over 60 mph, and observed my friend dying because he failed to wear a seatbelt and broke his neck on the windshield. Judge Bacall changed the defenses position at trial, ruled my friend was suicidal, and owed me nothing. ( we were on the way to his mom’s 92nd birthday party with food and guitar, to sing for her) you cannot tell me these cases are not rigged! The ruling was and still is a result of judges knocking heads to destroy me because I pushed back against crooks, who sadly also occupy judicial positions. Taylor must be impeached!

Since Timothy Taylor threw me under the bus and refused to address the insurance skimming scheme a perpetrated by Klatt realty, I notified the authorities. Later the DA’s office informed me that $70k State Farm claim was in question, but that Andrew Greenfield disallowed them from interviewing the senile landlady victim. Andrew Greenfield represented Klatt (thief) and daft landlady simultaneously in conflict. Taylor stated my motion to disqualify Greenfirld was a delay tactic, and ignored the blatant conflict of interest. Taylor is at the root of this crime. The money was never applied to the premises, and essentially disappeared.

Taylor sent me out of his circus of a courtroom with rampant stress induced Crohn’s disease, homeless, 17k in atty fee debt, with contaminated belongings, malicious holdover charges, and called me a liar due to an illicit interest in senile elder’s 70k insurance paid repair monies that were never applied. Soon thereafter, the embezzling property manager Klatt’s agent, 2xfelon Steven Bert Franke threatened to kill me for giving Klatt, him and “Andy” the atty a hard time. I was stalked by Franke for years and at one point Franke lain in wait in my blind spot to strike me with his car, had I exited. I was parked, picking up my 12 year old daughter. Once she was in the car, I fled and Franke chased us. When I sought to renew the restraining order, it was denied by Lisa Schall who giggled through the hearing (working on her 3rd DUI) due to my supposed “imagination” as if the judge who issued the order after I received a death threat was hallucinating! Taylor is source of all of this stress and trouble, disparaging me to other judges. I became disabled from stress due to chronic Crohn’s after the ruling, developed breast cancer within a year of this court debacle, and am still fighting it to this day. Before I die, I WILL have justice in this matter. Hopefully the court of public opinion will help me as this judge abuses his power and everyone he is prejudiced against! I will remove the axe Taylor has hanging over my head if it’s the LAST THiNG I DO! And I will do it legally!

During mid-trial Taylor asked me about my personal belongings, most of which were contaminated with asbestos and lead. I began to cry, and lowered my head. Taylor screeched “You looked down, which means you’re lying!!!I am an expert in lying and this whole time you have looked me in the eye until now!!!” At another point in the abusive debacle, he yelled, “Stop rolling your eyes at me!!!” When I wiped under my eyes. My eyes were irritated from Crohn’s disease flare, crying, and from the dust from all the papers I had to go through for several days prior to trial. No witnesses were allowed in the gallery and no court reporter was allowed, so I was bashed by this abuser for hours due to an illicit interest in the 70k insurance paid to senile elder landlords, but these monies were never applied to their premises, as I was disgraced with errant vexatious litigant orders after I sued to abate nuisances and for a preliminary injunction to cease work until the spill was under control, and cleared. I never sought specific $ damages. Taylor kept threatening to drag me back to court the next day, but had no way of doing so, since he disallowed my witness testimony and excluded all of my evidence due to landlords supposedly changing their position at trial. It doesn’t get worse than this!!!

Taylor allowed atty. Andrew Greenfield to skip the meet and confer that is required prior to trial. Since he refused to meet with me, I emailed him all of my evidence. At trial Andrew claimed he received no evidence from me. I had printed proof of the sent evidence and presented it to Taylor. He snapped at Greenfield “ what do you have to say now!?!?” Yet still continued to bash me verbally for hours in a trial rigged to dispose of me, due to my objection to the embezzlement of insurance paid repair monies of 70k due payable to senile elder landlords to apply to their property due to flood, then hazmat spill. The monies never were applied, and I was left with no job, flaring Crohn’s disease (internal bleeding) ,no home and reputation destroyed by abuse of the vexatious litigant statute. Where is the money? The building is still constitutes a public nuisance!

Timothy Taylor allowed Andrew Greenfield atty. To represent senile elder property owners and their embezzling property manager Klatt in conflict against me, a single mom disabled with Crohn’s disease, with a pile of contaminated belongings due to Hazmat spill. When I moved for a psychological exam of the landlady, Andrew Greenfield snapped that I must be smoking something if I thought he would comply with my motion for the exam. When I informed the landlady her building was contaminated because manager Klatt embezzled the HAZMAT money, she prattled on about whether to place wood chips or stones in the garden bed. When I told her I lost my job at Klatt Realty because I reported, then sued him for cheating her, she said, “You don’t want to work there anyway.” Judge Taylor not only supported the atty. Representing parties in conflict , but awarded him $16,500 in fees on a UD, due to my “scorched Earth defense.” He also ruled I was guilty of malicious holdover because I tried to force the insurance paid HAZMAT abatement to assure the safety of the premises. I did not sue for any specific money damages. Timothy Taylor supported an atty. Acting illegally and deprived me of due process. All he cared about was assuring the 70k the Da’s office told me was paid by State Farm, was misappropriated, as it was never applied to the contaminated building. It was illegal to evict me while the premises breached the warranty of habitability, but Taylor did just that, probably due to the monies involved.

Deprived me of a court reporter, threatened me with the bailiff’s taser gun because I mistakenly walked into “What is known as The pit” ;chastised me for not retaining a handwriting expert even though the defense’s signature on a public document was completely different on another legal document, clearly indicating it was forged,;screamed “I’m not going to help yewwwwe!” Dismissed key witnesses to block their testimony. When I explained a witness was a medical doctor, and thus an expert in scientific method, he quipped,”So what?!I’m a judge!” In closing remarks called me a “liar”, but after I tried to declare a mistrial based upon his blatant prejudice, he tampered with the transcript I ordered to delete the word “liar”, even though the idiotic opposing attorney , Andrew Greenfield, emailed me bragging that the trial was a “beat down by big boys” and that he had never witnessed a judge calling a party a liar. I am a single mom, pro per disabled with Crohn’s disease, now cancer . The stress I experienced at the hands of this disgusting rube is immeasurable. I saw him in a restaurant by chance years later, and his face dropped to the floor. He should be ashamed. He beat the tar out of me so the embezzled elder funds I sued to apply to a hazardous material abatement of a commercial property could be applied to the property repairs, not line the illicit property manager’s pocket. Instead the 70k insurance payout is lining someone else’s pockets, and the property is still contaminated with asbestos and lead! I hope he and his stupid little bow tie and clown shoes rot in hell!

I want to legally unseat him before I die of cancer, which developed after I had to take high doses of remicade for Crohn’s activated due to stressors inflicted by his cronyism. I have appeared before Judge Taylor numerous times over the years. He is an excellent judge, but does not tolerate BS. He holds all attorneys and pro pers to the same standards. Know the law, know the rules, be on time, dress appropriately, act respectfully towards the judge, his staff and opposing counsel. Make sure your briefs are well written, spell checked, and that you cite current case law. Don't argue with him, but rather argue your case.

Judge Taylor is an example of [redacted] in the judiciary. He demonstrates bias against immigrants, the elderly, women, veterans, and Pro Se Litigants who go against corrupt attorneys. The law is not upheld regarding attorneys who engage in kiss-up behavior. Attorney Threats to Pro Se Litigants are all good in the court arena. Breach of contract is fair. Frivolous SLAPP motions are good strategic moves. Fabricated evidence is accepted. Awarding corrupt attorneys over $17k for one day in court is a windfall for them. Denying Due Process to an immigrant woman who paid unethical attorneys for recording fraudulent liens is acceptable. Denying Pro Se litigants their attorney to represent them in court is okay.
Denying Amendment rights and writing one-sided and twisted motions against Pro Se litigants is fun because immigrants are assumed not to understand. Not reviewing the case or related cases to discover unethical conduct is unnecessary. Attorneys can file fraudulent motions under the Pro Se litigant's name, and it's ignored. It is not problematic to have a clock in his courtroom moved 10 minutes ahead to dismiss a Pro Se litigant case while they are sitting on a bench outside the courtroom waiting to enter at the scheduled time. Insulting a grandmother and woman veteran when they tell him that their attorney is running 10 minutes late, "How is he getting here? Is he dropping down from a helicopter?" in front of their families is fantastic. Prioritizing ruling out of jurisdiction to accept a small claims case over returning it to small claims court, as requested by the corrupt attorney, undermines ethical considerations. Fraud Upon the Court is acceptable. And so on… There's no such thing as justice for immigrants, elders, or women who rightfully seek justice against corrupt attorneys. Although no one should be above the law, the San Diego County Courts prioritize protecting their own. Ensure that you have and hire the court reporter.

Smug. Should have a court reporter appointed on every hearing he oversees. He does not follow the law. He protects lawyers w blemishes on their license. If you or I ever had them we couldnt get a job at Walmart but if you screw up as a lawyer you get a slap on the wrist and further protections from crap judges that need a hobby. Judge Taylor is biased, doesnt follow the rules or law and have seen him first handed think he’s god. He likes to ask you questions like its a school exam and then berate you like a child. I cant wait for these geriatrics to get into a home. Court of appeals checks in on his rulings every so often if you get a writ on him otherwise he rules like a cowboy w no rules. There is no worse judge use your preemptory challenge on him asap. He may actually be worse than Matthew Braner. Get these biased lawless judges out of office please!

This judge bullies from the bench. He demeans young lawyers for no valid reason and appears to enjoy breaking their spirits. He thinks he is much smarter than he is and lacks basic emotional intelligence. On his bad days, he is unqualified to be a judge. He should retire and let someone with a better temperament and kinder spirit take his place. An insecure bully.

If you were unfortunate enough to have been assigned this “judge” run, do not walk and get a 170, preemptory challenge. Over the years I have had my share of incompetent judges, and I won’t say Timmy is the worst, but he is defiantly in the top two! I see by the comments a lot of you have had the same experience. Comments about his rudeness, poor temperament and obvious bias are well founded.
Due to Covid, my case was held via Zillow. I listened to the cases before mine and, based upon his lack of interest or bothering to ask any questions that would have enlightened him, I suspected I might be in trouble. Because of Covid, evidence had to be sent to the court in advance, my evidence and case summary were as detailed as possible. I included whatever laws and statements I thought would be pertinent. I asked if he had read it, he said he had. I asked if he had any questions. He said he did not.
If fact, he asked very few questions during the trial. The Defendant had no relevant comments to make. Judge Timmy took the case under “consideration”.
Needless to say when his “Minute Order” came out (within 30 minutes of the trial) I was shocked to say the least that the ruled against me. He had no interest in following what the statutes in violation were. He could not have possibly read my evidence packet. His decision was based upon his own, obviously biased, opinion

One of the brightest Judges in the courthouse, so you must bring your A-game because he will make you earn everything even when he agrees with you. For this reason, many attorneys do not like him, that's because he makes it a point to hold the profession to a high standard. Judge Taylor will appreciate you if you make a sound argument, but will press you if you sound like you are doubling down on your position despite well reasoned arguments to the contrary. Finally, be prepared; this Judge is always highly involved in every case that comes before him, and remembers many details–good or bad–that may have even slipped your own mind.

Woman and elder abusing prick. Is participating in commercial real estate skimming scheme against senile elders and State Farm Insurance. Threw me and the senile landlady under the bus to support known crook property managers Klatt and Franke. Tampered with the transcript after calling me names. Violated Doctrine of Judicial Estoppel, suddenly ruling the dwelling is contaminated (to exclude all of my evidence and witnesses) and that the landlady may reside in the poisoned premises. Made no logical sense, but permits the $$$$$ insurance scheme to continue. A bowtie wearing clown - a fetid blemish on the face of the courts!

Biased, abusive and unlawful, I was deprived of a court reporter & threatened with the bailiff's taser gun, to support known crooks' lucrative insurance skimming scheme against senile elders. He altered the transcript after he called me a liar and disqualified himself. Probably is benefitting $$$ from the crimes. DISGUSTING. It does not get worse than this!

Do not make a mistake and accept him as a judge. He openly flirted with female defense counsel, favored every objection she made, was extremely rude to my client and my wife, accused the plaintiff and witnesses of lying, ( not true because witnesses were present), refused to use anything normal to review a signature, and was the most disrespectful judge I've seen in 30 years. He bears an extreme defense bias. My other thoughts would probably be censured. They need to get a local hardware store "Keep Out" sign to hang on his Dept. door.

This Judge does not take into account that laws can and do change. Though he acknowledged that specific circumstances relating to a case with child protective services was not fair, especially since the plaintiff was never allowed the opportunity to provide evidence in defense of the claims made by CPS and was given poor advice from previous counsel, he refused to allow a hearing, stating that it would require a change in the current laws.
When a current law is not just, there needs to be change. There are numerous cases of CPS not performing there job as they should, whether it be through false accusations or through allowing evidenced abuse to continue. As a Judge, who recognizes that the current laws and practices in place with CPS are not just, he could and should have made it a point to at least hear the plaintiff’s case against.

The negative comments about this judge are in my view completely unwarranted. Be on time, be well-prepared, be honest, be professional, don't pick battles you don't deserve to win, demonstrate courtesy -- and you'll do fine. Be late, be ill-prepared, fudge, act unprofessionally (inside or outside his presence), pick your battles stupidly, display discourtesy -- and you'll be called on the carpet, and deserve it. Simple. Can't handle that? Then pick another profession.

Even with submitted evidence that proves that Fraud upon the Court had occurred, and the fact that Taylor portrays himself to be an intelligent man his ruling to throw out this civil case without studying the evidence himself throughly proves otherwise. He stated he needed an Expert Witness to explain to him the facts in this case. The appellate court was also in lockstep with his thought process evidenced by their final ruling in this case. Therefore... the lack of producing an expert witness for an SMJ hearing was the reason the Appellate Court used to dismissed the case. The FIX was in and in my opinion seeking justice in San Diego's just-us legal system as a Pro Per litigant is just a fantasy even when you have incontrovertible court submitted evidence that proves a major foreign corporations admitted/explained Twenty Plus Year FRAUD. So Sad!

Judge Taylor is an excellent judge. He is an honest, conscientious person. He is human and we all have our expectations, and our frustrations and he is no different in that respect. If you have your work together, your stuff in order, show up on time, and are not trying to fool him or connive, you will get the results you deserve. But, if you think that you can wing it with the law, you will be schooled. He is a very intelligent man, he takes his job seriously.

I just received a copy of my VA file. In it, there was statement by my separated wife similar to a declaration for a domestic violence charge. The DVTRO declaration ex parte 1-18-07 is missing from the file. This judge used a declaration for OSC 2-6-07 lawyer fees, spousal support, and "Pay her car insurance." as justification for issuing a "kick out" order 2-6-07. He referenced the "burning the house down" statement when he placed the DVTRO on calendar 2-6-07. However, he denied his DVTRO at OSC 3-12-07. This judge, my separated spouse and her lawyer knew the charges were unfounded. He had to have seen the DVTRO declaration but still used the OSC 2-6-07 as justification. This has to be the most blatant disregard of the law I have seen in more than 74 years on this earth.

Judge Taylor represents the worst of the judiciary. He quickly demonstrates his bias in a case and often negatively quips in his orders and statements. Once his bias is demonstrated, he will continue to rule in a result-oriented way. He is sensitive to appeals and often refers to the appellate bench in a condescending manner. Avoid this judge at all expense.

After reading comments on this blog regarding Judge Taylor, I had to through my opinion in the pool. Not that anything would change. However, after my case, I began questioning myself and my integrity he was condescending, rude, and spoke to me inhumanely. Shockingly, he supported the defendants attorney allowing a very wealthy white color criminal back on to our streets, Thank you Judge Taylor. This judge belittled me in court and was more concerned about my acting performance than actual facts of the case. If its a complicated case, he can't deal with it. His turns red in the face, scratches his head and leans to the less complicated actions, and makes his ruling. His meeting minutes were all over the place making no sense. His peers should be frustrated wiping up after Taylor. No doubt the good ole boy network exists in this court system. Shocked someone like this exists and given authority to act as he does. Oh, and where does his paycheck come from? He is not for the People here in our community of San Diego, sadly.

If your case requires intellect, judicial temperament or justice, do not expect to find those qualities in Judge Taylor. Having a case in front of him is a good reason to go to medical school or the DeVry Institute of Technology. If it's too late and you find yourself in his courtroom, your only hope is that his stunning lack of judicial qualities arbitrarily falls more heavily upon your opposing counsel.

This judge has improved a lot in the last year. Despite already being very good, he has tried to get better. I wish we could all say that about ourselves. Perhaps Judge Taylor suffers from testosterone poisoning? He thinks that because he is smart, his views are superior to the law, so he ignores the law. He is rude and complains about being overworked, and therefore feels entitled to push issues out the door without providing due process. This, of course, creates more work for the court system -- i.e., cleaning up his errors. He will make up his mind based upon hearing one side, without evidence, and will act without jurisdiction. I prevailed on more than 60% of the issues I had before him. Yet I believe that he is doing a disservice to the community because he does not follow the law.

This judge always seems to be in a perpetual state of irritability and loves to talk down to people, especially lawyers. He is smart, mind you, so be prepared for questions like: "Counsel, did you read California Rules of Court 1542.(b) before asking me that question?" He also loves to make a spectacle of you in front of your fellow attorneys. There really is no reason for him to act like this. If he hates his job so much, then perhaps he needs to go out and practice law. I'd love to see him appear before Judge Trapp. Now that would be funny!

Don't get me started on this guy. Immature judicial advocate. Only had a sample size of one case that lasted approximately a year, but it was enough to convince me of the need to 170.6 him if ever assigned again. While you might consider him if you have an institutional defendant, its hard to know with a guy like this whether he will take a disliking to you for some random reason. In other words, probably best to avoid like the plague.

I have had very good experiences in several civil matters before Judge Taylor. While true that he can be arrogant, he works harder than just about anyone on the bench. His tentative rulings read like an appellate decision, so you know exactly what his decision was based upon. He is willing to listen and can be flipped on his tentatives with the right arguments. I would take him over just about any judge on a complex issue. He is not afraid to make a tough call.
