This judge made promises she refused to deliver on, causing great harm. This judge is 100% ignorant of the law, and makes rash decisions. This judge is unnecessarily unfair and harmful, never considering how much harm she has created by her unfair rulings and long delays.

This judge is a former senior partner at Kroloff law firm, and her personal lawyer is Chris Engh, and, still, she refuses to recuse herself when a case comes before her which involves the malpractice of Chris Engh and Kroloff law firm. The judicial canons and a respect for the law mean absolutely nothing to this unfair, unjust, biased and malicious judge who delights in harming innocent litigants in favor of her pets, the Kroloff lawyers. What a travesty of justice will be found unless you CCP Section 170.6 this awful, awful judge from the beginning. She will not recuse herself despite the absence of any fairness or impartiality. Disgraceful!!!

Judge Humphreys proved to be a careful, disciplined judge in a lengthy trial. She is precise on evidentiary issues, follows the law, and is business-like but in a nice manner. She also does mandatory settlement conferences herself unless there is an objection. On law and motion matters, she reads the cases in making rulings. She is very even handed.
