Think of a flat line Alpha Wave. Etezadi is incredibly naive and relies 110% on her staff. Was a DA and NEVER handled civil, thinks the CCP was something from Roosevelt and the new deal. Believes everything should come in and let the jury decide. Staff says the CJP has already landed twice and is on their way again. Maybe a 70 IQ on a hot day in the sun for 2hours.

Judge Etezadi was somehow elected Presiding Judge for the years 2017-2018. Knows nothing about how to run the Court. Relies on staff for everything. Doesn't want to offend anyone, which means she offends about everyone. Cannot see the big picture. Be very careful, behind the little smile is a vindictive person.

Get ready. Somehow she was elected Presiding Judge! 2017-2018 will be years to stay out of San Mateo County. Only problem is that she selected Jon Karesh as her Assistant Presiding Judge and he is worse than she is.
This woman cannot make a decision. Whoever talks loudest and last will likely win the argument. Knows nothing about civil law, was a career prosecutor. Knows nothing about procedure at all. Believes there is a manual and script for everything.
Her assignment order came out and she made some of the worst decisions I've seen on over 35 years. Calendars will come to a grinding halt.
Good luck! I'm retiring.

This judge exhibits a serious lack of jurisprudence and a poor understanding of the law; fundamental fairness is replaced by personal bias in her court. In the face of solid arguments from both sides, this Iranian judge demonstrates that she believes herself infallible and will not listen to reason - certainly un-American traits, given the fact that she has people's lives in her hands. Even the reviewing courts have found that she abused her discretion; the most notable case involved the fact that she ruled in favor of monied interests. This woman was never in private practice and has always sucked from the public teat, so it's no surprise that her roots are showing when she brutalizes the innocent.

The rating system needs to include negative numbers in order to accurately score this judge. She is lazy, arrogant, ignorant, and corrupt to the core. This makes for a dangerous, destructive force on the bench.
Lazy- she stated multiple times in open court that she hadn't read the court filings, but would rule on the matter before her anyways so she wouldn't have to deal with it again on Monday (her weekend was booked solid- the precious couch needed sitting on, that bag of chips had to be eaten, & that dang TV isn't gonna watch itself, people!).
Arrogant- If you possess jedi mind-reading skills like etezadi believes she has, & can instantly tell when a person is lying or not, great! No need to read silly court filings or consider corroborating evidence, your ruling will be just.
Ignorant- Sadly, etezadi lacks jedi senses and common sense, and any sense of what the laws are that govern her courtroom.
Corrupt- She will destroy a family, and force children to live with batterers who have an undisputed history of domestic violence, child abuse, and stalking- all of which etezadi acknowledged in court! she will sign off on any money-milking child-kidnapping scheme floated in front of her, no matter how unlawful it is, how much damage it causes the child, or how much abuse and neglect the child will certainly suffer as a result.

Judge Etezadi is very unsophisticated and has extremely limited abilities. It is a shock that she is a judge. This is what happens when the voting public gets to choose judges. She was a prosecutor for twenty years and they put her on the family law bench with no experience in family law. Trust me, use your challenge, any of the other judges will handle your case better.
