Hon. Sherry L. Shipman (Denton) I have witnessed this judge on many occasions and what stands out most is her extreme lack of emotional maturity. She rolls her eyes, interrupts, makes rude remarks and is sometimes just plain mean. You don’t expect to see the behavior of a grade school bully in a judge. Beth Poulos (Tarrant) Government workers have cut illegal deals with criminals who they released from their Jails and prisons to help them attack, criminally violate and death threaten to murder off LAUREN ANN CORNA in their non stop efforts to cover up their crimes criminally violating LAUREN ANN CORNA. Gangs of armed Government Workers broke into LAUREN ANN CORNA'S home rabsacking and stealing whatever they wanted out of LAUREN ANN CORNA'S home including documents out of her home office then showing up later again with guns threatening to harm LAUREN ANN CORNA if she files any claims with her homeowners insurance on what they all stole out of her home without any Just Cause or search warrants. Hon. Kerry L. Russell (Smith) He allows prosecutors to use hypothetical scenarios as truth and paint completely false pictures of who defendants are. Would not allow evidence to be submitted. Gives sentences to people of color that are disproportionate to the crime committed. Zero regard for truth, cold, bias and I believe racist. Hon. Beth Poulos (Tarrant) I had a disappointing experience with Judge Beth Poulos. When my attorney explained that I was dealing with a severe brain concussion that impacted my ability to submit the correct paperwork on time, Judge Poulos dismissed it by saying she had experienced multiple concussions herself and was “fine.” Rather than considering my unique circumstances, she compared it to her own experience, which felt dismissive and unprofessional. Hon. Tracy A. Gilbert (Montgomery) I had told him that my EX would going to be Parent Alienation….. he he completely ignored my plea. I’m now going on 4 years not having any communication with my children. I pay , as a mom, child support. Let me please first say, I was a stay at home home for 17 years. I know now the money …wins. I ALWAYS included my children’s father on EVERYTHING when we were divorced. My EX threatened me for years…just wait till they are 12…(twins) the years l adding up to this my ex continued to threaten me. Judge Gilbert REFUSED to hear my evidence regarding this. I say this now…. My heart breaks every single day. I know Judge Gilbert hasn’t crossed his mind once since his judgment regarding my Entire life. He always hear about “dad’s rights “ but I’m here to tell you it HAPPENS TO MOM’s ALSO. My ex makes $500,000 plus and I was the stay at home mom There is so MUCH more.
