This judge is clearly uninterested in seeing justice done. His priorities are expediency and cronyism. Mr. Eggleston clearly understands his role as a functionary for the corporate machine. I don't know how he shaves his face in the morning.

This judge is incompetent in every manner. He does not look or listen to evidence. He is bias toward the poor, the black, and the ignorant, much like an underdog, I have been before him several times as I am a landlord. He allows his disability to render him unable to be unbiased,fair, and impartial by being predigest against anyone who is not poor, black, ignorant, or crippled in some way.

Chief Judge Sam D. Eggleston has no respect for Due Process or Protected Speech. I have witnessed him, in court, take testimony from female plaintiffs and then refuse to take similar testimony on the exact same events or subject material from male defendants. He resides in a "Good Ole Boys" district where he uses his power to sexually discriminate against males, and African Americans. He perverts the rule of law and makes Amherst, VA a disgrace.
