I had the opportunity to appear before Chief Judge Bruce D. White, not only did show favor for the opposing counsel and disregard my request for a Motion to be scheduled, he did it out of purely disregarding me as a person that was not being represented by counsel. I would say that although he was mild mannered that he could have granted a date to schedule a hearing, as the Clerks office instructed me to do, but instead he chose the route to contribute to the issue I was having with getting the pre-trial information from the opposing counsels client. Note to the Judge, please try to look beyond the fact that one person had no choice but to represent themselves and the other person can afford an attorney that you are probably well acquainted with, Please.
