Clearly favors men, pays very little attention during proceedings. Not interested in evidence or the issues at court. Loves Arlington and wants to know what street you live on so he can reminisce about how it was in that neighborhood in 1972. Also a touch of old man racism as traditional black communities "don't match Arlington from an education perspective". Wild card and unpredictable.

This man is an atrocity in his own kangaroo court. I personally know of four rulings in as any years, all in favor of what he has termed fine "professional men," that led to grievous physical and other injury to five young children. Fortunately, a citizen's movement is organizing to see that he no longer carelessly harms children and the mothers they need. (By the way, I am male, a father, and a lawyer who has been successful (in straight-forward cases that this judge could easily handle) every time I have appeared in front of this JDR judge, so, this is no "mere spouting" off by an unsuccessful party.
