Shannon is a horrible unkind person that has no rights to be on the bench wearing a robe. She is anti-male. She can read one statement then hear the statement from the complaint and it’s completely different and she still says in pretrial it shouldn’t be dismissed. So wrong! Whatever happened to her in Spotsylvania years ago completely made this woman a dragon and not looking for the truth.

This Judge has no business being a Chief Judge. She allows a plaintiff to harass a defendant with multiple fickle cases and refuses to award any attorney fees to the defendant despite the case being denied to plaintiff on multiple avenues. Even worse is her relationship with Donna Berkeley......a total disaster where the Judge and GAL believed a false case from plaintiff and then Judge accepted GAL recommendation without the GAL even visiting the defendant to hear his side of the case. A definite anti father Judge. I feel sorry for anyone who has to do anything with this Judge.

The thought of having this judge for the remainder of my child’s juvenile life is absolutely disheartening, to say the least. I have never appeared before a more gender biased and utterly unfair judge, in my life. She makes no attempt to even hide it. She rules completely on her own skewed beliefs and doesn’t even attempt to consider actual evidence or lack there of and her demeanor and attitude is totally offensive and has no business in a court of law. I will make it my life’s mission to get her off of the bench.

She is completely against rehabilitation without jail time. She is definitely against males. Something has happened to her in her past and this is how she justifies it she needs off the bench and never to be in a courtroom again as a judge!

Terribly demeaning. Biased. Lacks the desire to consider actual evidence. Rules on her own personal thoughts. Seems to personally dislike one party even when that party's evidence is substantial. Very disappointed in this judge.

Openly biased, makes decisions based on her own emotional misjudgments and completely fails to hold GALs accountable for the misinformation they present in court. She is known to have put children in psychologically and physically risky situations resulting in short and long-term harm to the child. She actually made completely false statements in court to support her own agenda. She rules choosing her own misinformed beliefs over the scientifically proved information presented to her by experienced and qualified specialists. The atmosphere in her courtroom is terrible. She demeans those she does not agree with and allows opposing counsel to do the same. She openly restricts information and opinions that do not agree with what she has done or intends to do. She has come close to doing the right thing when testimony and evidence is overwhelming ... After damage has already resulted from her rulings. That was short-lived and she showed her vindictiveness at the first opportunity. That soon proved to be detrimental as well.
