Was coerced into plea bargain by ineffective counsel (his answer to if there was evidence, what did they say I did, etc was "don't worry about it"-turns out the 6'2 karate black belt had no marks on him & police report admitted I told them he abused me.) She would not allow me to return to my home & job in a neighboring state (I was told by counsel I could go home if I pled), knowing I had no place to live in Virginia. Her court imposed homelessness destroyed my life & left me with absolutely nothing. Because I missed a probation appt (which wouldn't have happened if she allowed me to have my home & job) she now wants to lock me up for a year. With PTSD & learned helplessness I would kill myself before I let that happen-I couldn't mentally survive it (I drank water/koolaide but didn't eat the 12 days I was in there.) I was forced to flee the state, then after more predatory relationships, the country. She got horrific performance reviews from over 100 other judges-there are many articles about it online. She is not fit to be a judge.
