Shows obvious extreme bias against mothers, and favors fathers. Injects his own personal grievances with his own family situation to make decisions in the court room. Bigoted judge whose seeks to punish women in his courtroom no matter the harassment and fear of life that male plaintiffs pose to the mother of the children.

Judge Carr chooses sides. He refuses to look at evidence that is right in front of him. He degrades and uses false word of mouth without evidence and unknowingly assists in further abuse by money hungry people who have used the legal system over and over to further their own selfish needs. He is ageist. Unfair lacks compassion, empathy. Will not take the time to hear the truth. He does not put the public safety into consideration.

It is my belief that Judge Carr is very fair minded, with an even temperament and a genuine desire for good. I believe he is a good man.

i felt this judge continually was disrespectful and short he stated that i had to do a certain thing and when that was accomplished he would change his ruling once i had retuned and what was asked was accomplished to the letter he justified not changing anything by saying well lets just see if you keep it up
