when a judge assumes what happened in a case on a plea deal, without hearing the case or considering that a plea agreement. This guy simply didn't like the defendant. Didn't matter that both sides agreed on the plea and no one was hurt and there was no property damage. it was the defendants first offense. This judge has dragged this out for over a year just because he doesn't like the way the defendant looks. after 3 plea hearings he still thinks the defendant needs to show up to appease his ego. Although both parties agreed to the punishment and the defendant agreed and already started the anger management program. this guy needs removed asap

Fiore is the worse judge in Arlington County. He stated the decision he wanted to make in my hearing before the case was presented. His decision was evident that his own biases and racist views determined the outcome of my hearing. Failure to review key pieces of evidence was apparent and his decision to rule on the case just he like stated at the beginning of the hearing made it clear that minority males will not receive a fair decision in his courtroom. j

-10 Rating. Fiore is bias against women, refuses to apply recent case law or statutes and then says that if you don't like than appeal. He said "It is my courtroom"
