A truly outstanding judge. It is refreshing to have a superior judge who actually follows the law. My firm has been before Judge Erik Price on perhaps four occasions so far. When an unclear issue of law comes before him, he clearly studies the briefings of counsel and actually studies the cases cited. In my experience, it is a rare superior court judge who will do this, which is really unfortunate. I find that the caliber of Judge Price is up there with Washington State Supreme Court justices. I wish we had more superior court judges like him.
