[Redacted bt Ed.] His bias ways are disgusting! Over the year of this case, he let the defense attorney cite wrong case law, wrong court rules, depose me for no other reason but to harass and play games. He refused to recuse himself and threw out my evidence. His ruling said if I had such evidence (exactly what he threw out) I could have proven my case. He denied a motion for reconsideration. Judge hull tried glhezrd my case. I was pro se. He had more patience than any judge I've ever been in front of. Neither I nor the defense attorney had the amount of knowledge to make a trial flow. Judge hull had a mess on his hands throughout the trial. Judge Hull is fair across the board.

I found Judge Hull to be helpful, pleasant, understanding and eminently reasonable and accommodating in a case involving my client. I presented him with much information in my motion in order to make a decision and he was well-prepared and made a decisive ruling.

I would rate him as zero if it were possible. Biased, discriminatory and arrogant. Allowed opposing counsel to modify frivolous restraining order AFTER final ruling which stripped me of my 1st and 2nd amendment rights. I have no criminal record. Kevin charged me with DV for non threatening text messages between my ex and I when we were both swearing and calling each other names via text. Didn't charge her because "she's already enrolled in DV classes". She wasn't "enrolled", she was ordered to take them for actual physical DV against me that resulted in her arrest. Gave her 43% of my retirement when the ÷ of property judge (one that actually crunched the numbers) had 28% as the total, married less than 8 years. Took sides with small town first name basis lawyer. I had evidence to disprove allegations, Kevin said "the court has findings". I asked what they were exactly, then he said "I feel that they built a foundation". Worst part, I only get my kids 2 weekends per month thanks to this incompetent scumbag. I filed motion for reconsideration, he struck it down.

Judge Hull refused to disqualify as required by RCW 2.28.030(2) - never presided over the matter for decision; refused a jury trial demanded as Article 1, sec 21 guarantees; and then ruled in favor of his colleague. He is being sued under RICO and 1983.

Don't expect a fair trial with this bias judicial official. He makes clear unprofessional remarks and interrupts your attorney to interject his two-cents. Evidence and oral depositions mean nothing to him.
