Judge Maryann Moreno has been accused of falsification of court records, collusion, manipulation of a court file, and off-the-record ex parte communication as found by the Washington State Bar Association in a complaint filed by a whistleblower, a Motion to Vacate Judge Moreno's Order is set to be heard in the Appeals Court District iii. Spokane Superior Court Case #153-02-130-1. I meant to say that our 13-year-old boy was sent on a cruise with a 60+ Year-old-male on a cruise alone, out of jurisdiction and against our wishes. The legal fees have been over $500,000 and we are nt allowed to see him. He resides in the males home. The male walked out of depositions. and the second trial and a civil suit deposition. We met mediation in 2066, which included being done with the GAL, Kim Kamel and Judge Moreno tossed mediation out. our child continues to reside in the petitioners home, which includes Wayne Janke and CPS concerns between the male and my son have never been addressed. Law enforcement including the DOJ, FBI, Spokane County Sheriff's Office, Spokane Police Department and the Spokane Valley Police Department have refused to investigate.
