Russ Mccracken still has not payed his three payers of support nor has he given back me and my son's belongs. Everything that her mother sends her or Joey he burdens the stuff and takes her money. I have seen Autumn rabineau mccracken three times once in Newberry to sign false papers and the other time was at Bonnie laponises. Russ and the laponsies have put her in danger and brain washed her.the laponses have stoled all of our stuff in our unit. I should have let north put my crimal son to jail that was a boy Scout that broke in someone's house. Every since I was getting payed out of pocket our my the state to watch children the money would come up missing. Ginger when for her dirt sex moves on Dwight s and volts lap

This judge is so unprofessional. He does not read paperwork and is bias. He is so bias you can feel from him is lack of neutrality. This judge should not be making civil decision for children. This judge treats civil family law like criminal law. His decision making is incompetent, bias, and embarrassing for the judiciary and our crumbing democracy.

Judge North created extremely complex divorce decree and Child support orders in my dissolution, and since then refuses to enforce them. Judge North favors my deadbeat Ex, always excusing his behavior and not making him follow court orders.

Judge North presided over my divorce and all the post-trial motions in my case. He is cynical, ill-tempered, prejudiced and biased. He decides issues based on what he's heard from his daughter or his wife, not based on the evidence in front of him. My ex-husband regularly fails to pay Child support and will not follow any of the court orders. Judge North's comment: "You married him, didn't you," as he gives my Ex a pass.

We were in front of Judge North on Friday, February 21, 2020. We were there for a summary judgement. Our daughter, Meagan was murdered on July 7, 2015. Her murderer had a long history of arrests for abuse, drug violations, assault etc. The DOC did a horrible job of keeping him under their supervision, so he was able to be out and kill both our daughter and his grandmother. The summary judgement was for civil suit against ABHS and the DOC. Judge North came into the courtroom looking as if he did not want to be there. he bent over backwards to help the attorney for DOC, but when our attorney came up, you could tell that his mind was already made up. One thing that stuck with me was when our attorney was realying that the DOC should have known that the subject needed more immediate supervision, due to his history, Judge North said to our attorney, who is a retired judge,"Well, you were a judge and know that all of these people who come before us for drug and alcohol issues all look the same!" Really! So they all look like mid twenties black men??? After our attorney was finished, no more than 10 seconds later, Judge North decided against us, spun around and said that papers could be signed in his chambers. No reason, nothing. Extreme lack of professionalism. I don't know if there was an issue of our attorney being a retired judge, but this was the worst showing by a judge in our multiple court appearances since our daughters death.

Recently admonished by the bar and need a secondary admonishment. His discriminatory behavior is unexcusable. A sad sad reflection of the dismal and disappointing state Seattle is in.
