During the divorce trial this judge decided to give me to my father. My father was found to be mentally disabled by the state. At the age of 12 I became the soul care taker for a 55 year old man. This man destroyed my life. I'm 27 now and the trauma I went through will last with me the rest of my life.

This guy is ruins lives especially children's. He claims to "give the children a voice" Unless that child wants to be with the father... Absolutely disgusting the way he talked to myself and others in the court room. On top of only seeing my daughter 1 day a week and every other weekend, he awarded my ex wife half of my veterans disability and 500 child support. Doesn't matter she lives with her parents,no bills, and makes good money. I have 3 other kids that live with me I'm a great dad and he took my daughter who I raised because her mom's postpartum made her dangerous but because I'm a combat veteran I'm the dangerous one!?

First off he is a commissioner not a judge. He zeroes in on one fact and does not consider any other facts. He does not follow his own counsel to litigants in subsequent court appearances. People can thumb their nose at the law when he is on the bench.
