Tracy Loiacono Mitchell (Lewis) This is part 2: The commissioner said she didn't want to look at the evidence about the sexual abuse to my daughter from her father instead she went off hearsay once again and the worse part is she knows who and what my ex is because it was all in the divorce and she still gave him full custody and me every other weekend she has completely taken my power away from me when I was trying to protect my daughter and son, I asked for appeal and judge Lowry was the appeal judge and he said "I'm not going to even look at the court documents because if she had a good reason why she made this decision then it's good enough for me so I'm not going to change her decision" it was like he is covering her ass or in on the scheme that was happening because he wouldn't even look at the case. After all that has been said I am asking is there true Justice and is anyone willing to step up and help all of the victims that commissioner Tracy Mitchell has wronged in the court system, and also investigate all court hearings in Lewis county WA and also the ones that involves commissioner Tracy Mitchell and judge Lowry. In the end when commissioner Tracy Mitchell decided to retire she put in her statement that the hardest thing about her job was the divorce cases with children involved because she has to think about the kids and what is in the best interest for the kids. Hon. Tracy Loiacono Mitchell (Lewis) Honorable? Now that's a joke because this commissioner is NOT honorable that's for sure, ok lets start from the beginning. This commissioner was supposably a "youth judge for the youth court" empowered my preteen at the time to steal what ever he wanted from my husband and myself let alone other people by telling me during the hearing "if u don't want him to have it (pop) then don't buy it" and " oh next time I see you I'll lock u up, next couple of times he went in front of her she says the same thing about 3-4 times and my son told us I can do anything I want and nothing is going to happen to me. Ok lets fast forward the commissioner that my son had from youth court is the same commissioner that I had for family court (divorce and parenting plan) everything was going smoothly and she was on my side (the mother who was trying to protect her kids from a monster)and then one day in court her switch got flipped from being nice to a total witch and she decided to be on the bias, hearsay, lying, abusive,(mentally, physically, and sexually) controlling, manipulating, side of my ex husband. She has blamed me for all the wrong that he has done and chooses to take hearsay and lies from my ex over the proof I had turned into the courts(I had stacks and stacks of proof from CPS (papers saying my ex is a registered sex offender(his ex girlfriends dad pressed charges on him for raping his daughter and it probably got exsponged), and yes CPS did come out to my place the next day after court just to tell me that we can't say anything about my ex or use that documented proof) and documents of bloody noses on both of my boys, fractured my oldest sons ankle, dislocated his arm from the shoulder and sexually abused my oldest son(from a different relationship), sexual assault forensics, counseling, and others),his attorney told the commissioner that I was illiterate,I didn't have a highschool diploma, had an 8th grade IQ,(I had documentation showing that I had infact graduated with a 3.9GPA grade point average and with honors,had my highschool diploma. (I also sent all that proof in to the courts also which she did not want to see the proof, she just wanted to go off hearsay), I was mad because he divorced me, I was retaliating against him, I needed to have anger management classes but I was extremely happy about the divorce because I finally got out of that controlling,mentally, physically and sexually abusive relationship of 12 years and at the end of court she gave my son and daughter to their pedophile/child molester of a father (he has full custody)and my daughter is scared of him and she has came to us (my new husband and myself and said "it's ok mommy, Daddy said he is sorry and won't do it again" and nana (her father's mother) said "what daddy and papa (her father's dad) do is never wrong." Hon. Bryan E. Chushcoff (Pierce) Years ago, back in the '80s attorney Brian Chushcoff rescued me. My husband had left me for another woman and in also in dire financial straits. He had taken all of our personal records including our joint tax returns. And I hadn't filed in 2 years, I didn't know what he had done and we were still married. Attorney Chushkoff got together with my tax preparer which I never met before and between the two of them were able to get me through the tax season and back on track again. I can't tell you how grateful I was for all the help both of them had done for me especially attorney Chushkoff who motivated the entire process. Hon. Jonathon Lack (Thurston) I recently had a hearing before Commissioner Lack regarding a Vulnerable Adult Protection Order for my mother. During this hearing, I was deeply concerned by his handling of the issue of disability. Specifically, when presented with the fact that my mother had been on state disability since 1992 due to fibromyalgia and severe PTSD, Commissioner Lack dismissed this by stating, "We must have two different meanings of disability." This statement was not only dismissive but also contradicted the State of Washington's own determination of my mother’s disability status. The state’s findings should hold legal and procedural weight in such a case, yet Commissioner Lack seemed to disregard established disability determinations without justification. Additionally, he claimed that my mother's ability to write a statement somehow proved she was not disabled. This assumption is problematic, as many individuals with disabilities—including those with chronic pain conditions and PTSD—may be capable of writing but still meet the legal and medical criteria for disability. The ability to put thoughts on paper does not negate the existence of serious, life-altering impairments. A Commissioner overseeing cases involving vulnerable adults should have a clear understanding of disability, including how state disability determinations work and the wide range of functional limitations disabilities can present. His remarks during my hearing raise concerns about his ability to fairly assess disability-related cases without bias. I hope that future hearings before Commissioner Lack will reflect a more informed and respectful approach toward individuals with disabilities and the legal determinations that define their status.
