Judge Robert E. Richardson is the judge that gave primary custody to Brian Bumgarner and his now wife Oreanna Myers. The mother Raven Frisbie had given Judge Richardson pictures of severe abuse that the children were suffering in the father's house by the new wife Oreanna. Judge Richardson punished the mother for disclosing abuse of the children and gave custody to the abusers. The children were brutally abused and murdered by the new wife Oreanna Myers. Judge Richardson will have a lot to answer to on judgement day.
