This woman denies tenants their right to jury trials and will not let them present a defense. She said "when it comes to landlord tenant matters judgement is ALWAYS for landlord. She should be removed from office and be charged for criminal conspiracy.

It is a breath of fresh air and keeps the hopes of many individuals to have Magistrate Judge Holepit in office. Unlike many, she is NOT corrupt. Magistrate Holepit always does the best she can to the best of her ability and has impacted MANY MANY lives in a positive way. I have seen many individuals change for the better because of her! Keep up the fantastic work!

She Personally said to me that she doesnt care what the law states about bonds. She will do what she wants. And when mr. Riley from legal aid becomes a judge, then maybe he can make the decision. This is in regards to the law stating the right to have your bond waived if you finacially qualify for it to be.
