He made assumptions and judgement based on my body language. My body language was due to a double mastectomy and radiation.

He failed to to "see" or care about the opposing "dog and pony show" that was clearly presented, shabby clothes by the x, then a suit and tie at the end.

It was an "old boys club" mentality in his court room and he participated 100%. He financially shut me down and I lived in a hotel/homeless as my funds were locked up in an attorney trust, simply because I did a good thing. I was accused of squandering funds by Daniel Johnson while my future "X" ran around town in a new $85,000 Denali and new Home. I paid off the future X's daughter, my love/daughters education loan. The X bought a car and a condo in GN!!! Daniel Johnson thought that acceptable. He NEVER wanted to hear my story, he didn't want to know me. It was a boys club and extremely disgusting what I experienced at his hand.

In complex case, made oral ruling rather than written decision against client and for govt agency by characterizing client as liar and cheat while refusing to look up from bench and look client or myself in the eye. There are numerous ways to have found against my client, but he took the cheapest/easiest route but then could not face the consequences of that tactic.
