Judge David Borrowski is a very biased judge. He is deeply into politics and has held grudges against multiple individuals including defendants of the courtroom also. He has also violated the US constitution and followed up by stating while court was in session "Well the constitution needs to catch up" in response to a lawyer defending their client. There is even articles going around about Judge David Borrowski holding an attorney in contemt of court for defending his client and he faces no discipline each time. Horrible Judge!!

Judge Borowski did not allow me to speak in a small claims case and told myself and the defendants husband to control our wives as he does. Why don't you control your mouth David.

Judge David L. Borowski...I have to rate you at this level as a judge because you didn't take the time to review a case, but instead you just went with the last judge Jane Carroll bad judgment of opinion and not facts. One bad decision from a judge can make another look the same. Take the time to review previous judge rating on this site. If the previous judge would have taking the time like a normal judge to review evidence that she claim was not available my mother wouldn't be failing in health.
