Hon. Joseph Reeder (Putnam)
Judge Reeder does not follow WV laws and statutes. He allowed my dad's step daughter to be his guardian when my attorney showed proof of financial elder abuse. This step daughter was able to 'gift' herself my dad's property in a will she created. She admitted this in court. Judge Reeder is a disgrace among the profession. He will be judged in front of God for his evil acts of allowing my inheritance going to the wrong person. DID NOT FOLLOW THE LAW!!

Hon. John Henning (Randolph)
So John Henning travels as a Special Judge to Upshur County, 26th Circuit Court to rule in cases. He does whatever the hell he wants as he has no oversite, then, he has another Judge Kurt Hall sign off on illegal orders depriving fathers and grandmothers of their rights!!

Hon. Joseph Reeder (Putnam)
Reeder only does what CPS wants and nothing to help families. He destroyed my family because of the false information he was given by CPS and never made them accountable and he knew what he was doing.

Hon. Kermit M. Ambrose (Morgan)
Fair and represents the meaning of his oath. Morgan Co. needs more like him to replace those corrupt abusing their power in the circuit court, attorney prosecutor and those that are wittness but do nothing to stop it.

Carelessly terminates parental rights, separates siblings, complete disregard of child welfare and family bonds, weaponized morgan co.'s circuit court against its citizens who are at a disadvantage (those that began without one always end with one or more). ANYONE BEFORE HER, GOD BE WITH YOU AND THERE BE MERCY ON FAMILIES!!

Hon. Paul M. Blake, Jr. (Fayette)
If there were an option to rate him a "0" or lower in the negative #s I would. Judge Blake was extremely & unnecessarily degrading/demeaning to defendants, ridiculed them for coming to court in their "clean, fancied-up clothes" & made it clear to the entire court that he was disgusted with the female defendant for having their nails done. Automatically took plaintiffs (state agency) version of initial incidents, without any visible/audible/tangible proof or evidence except for their written statement, never giving either defendant an opportunity to give their side nor give any proof/evidence in their defense... Within minutes of the very first hearing beginning the Judge began hurling insults & berating the defendants from across the bench. Each hearing thereafter was progressively more insulting & offensive, even after defendants had cooperated with the plaintiffs & there was undeniable proof of the defendants doing as such. By the last 2 hearings plaintiffs were commending defendants & stating that they did prove (in parts) some of their intial accusations to be a non-issue from the get-go, & Judge Blake was dramatically sighing & visibly rolling his eyes all throughout any positive statements from either side's attorneys. When all sides had spoken at the final hearing, ALL attorneys agreeing that the case was no longer needed & spoke of all of the positives & ALL agreeing that the case should be closed & dropped, Judge Blake made it blatantly clear that he did not agree with anyone in the courtroom, & that it's against his better judgement BUT he would "reluctantly" go along & close the case, & stated he had no shadow of a doubt that the defendants would be back in his court before long & that he feels beyond sorry for the sad life their family must live. One of his last statements to the female defendant was asking her which restaurant location she worked at, when she replied, he practically cut her sentence off & stated that he was glad he knew which establishment NOT to ever frequent again.
